BARGA

One of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, important medieval town that was protected under the liberal influence of Florence has seen the rise of beautiful and important historic buildings. L´ Orrido di Botri is a very particular place to visit, it is a small natural canyon, excavated from the a rock in the Torrente Fegana, only a few kms from Tiglio, le ripide dell´ Ania, (Ania´ s falls), reachable on foot, and the Grotta del Vento, (the Wind Grotto). The Ponte del Diavolo, (the Devil´ s Bridge) otherwise called Ponte della Maddalena, (Maddalena´ s bridge), goes back to the X° century, it will impress you for its architectural lines which crosses the river Serchio.
